Keet Hatch Video

Here is a two-minute video showing the hatching process of a keet (baby guinea). The egg in the very beginning is different from the one that is shown hatching because I just can't seem to catch the whole process of a single egg! Don't be alarmed when you see the keet come out of the egg and flail around wildly. It takes it a while to figure out how its legs work and how to lift its head. At the very end I show some keets after about four hours looking dry and a little more in control of their bodies. In my next post I'll show you the brooder that the keets move to. Enjoy!
