Can it be? Is it real?

Is it really Spring already? I think it must be since the outdoor temperature is 70 degrees! I can't remember the last time I saw that.

Melise and I went out with only light jackets on and basked in the sunshine! I put wet laundry out on the line and it isn't turning into ice. We took a walk around the yard to spy all the plants coming out of dormancy: crocuses, tulips, irises, mums, and FRUIT TREES! Can you imagine eating fresh fruit straight off the tree? Well we hardly can because our little orchard has not produced any fruit since it was planted three years ago, BUT THIS YEAR IT WILL!!!

I even pulled my boxes of Spring clothes out of storage with the sincere intention of packing away all my winter clothes by the end of the day . . . Okay, I might be moving a little too fast since tomorrow's forecast calls for a high of 40 degrees and a good chance of snow. This is spring in Colorado after all. Sigh.

Well, I can't stay to chat because I have sunshine to absorb! But before I run, here are a few updates to the calendar:
