For many of my generation and younger, they may never even think of using an insurance agent. Why? Because they can shop on the internet! I was one of those until I moved to Haxtun and learned the benefits of having an agent that you know by name and face. First, they have more intimate knowledge of the different insurance plans and providers than the internet. The internet can give you a list of providers, but can it tell you how reliable or friendly that provider will be? An agent can. Also, agents handle all the application process and any hitches that may occur. That's a load off your mind, right? Plus, you don't have to pay any extra for the agent because they get paid by the providers. Same price with more personalized experience - deal!
Anyhow, this is the Oliver Agency - our choice of agent because they carry Farmer's Union Insurance and we're active members in Rocky Mountain Farmer's Union. That's Becky at the desk and her assistant, Kay, behind her. We get our health, auto, and home insurance all through them! They also do farm and commercial insurance - which reminds me that Roy's wind turbine business has policies with them, too!
