Haxtun's Town Park
| This is easily the most beautiful place in Haxtun. Can a place be more inviting? Especially to those with a romantic imagination? Well, for those who are of a more practical nature, I'll tell you about our town park's assets. There are great big shade trees and lush grass. It has a new sidewalk that circles through the trees with benches to rest on along the way. |  |
There are covered picnic tables and BBQ grills.
There is one great big gazebo in the middle of the park that could easily sit 100 people beneath it. Roy and I got married there.
There is a beautiful little water feature built recently by . . .
There's a playground with a big jungle-gym for big kids . . .
And a little one for little kids!
Don't forget the swing sets!
Plus there is a baseball field and a swimming pool (open in summer).
Oh yeah, there are also bathrooms and drinking fountains!
