| It seems to me that every small town has two things: a place to drink coffee and a hardware store. Maybe those are the building blocks of civilization? This is Smith Hardware on main street. Though its no longer owned by the Smith family, it has been a part of this community for many years. I know my husband has done many last-minute runs to Smiths during his DIY projects at home. A little fitting that he forgot to buy, a certain type of screw or washer that he ran out of . . . if you're married to a do-it-yourself type of person than you know what I'm talking about!
